I have two Master’s degrees in Computer Science. I have two boys—20 and 13 years old.
And for over two decades, I struggled with one health issue after another.
It started when I had my first child. Severe back pain that lasted 5 years.
Then came 8 years of plantar fasciitis—every footstep I took was painful.
With my second pregnancy, I developed gestational diabetes so severe that I had to take insulin injections.
Then, in 2016-2017, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
But you know what…
I fixed most of my health issues through psychosomatic healing—understanding the connection between my mind and body.

Here’s how:
❤️ I healed my back pain after reading “Healing Back Pain: The Mind-Body Connection” by Dr. John E. Sarno.
— The grief I’d suppressed was trapped in my body. When I released it, the pain vanished.
❤️ I cured my 8 years’ plantar fasciitis by reading and applying techniques from “Born to Run.”
❤️ I reversed my gestational diabetes by applying concepts from “The Power of Your Subconscious Mind” and “The Biology of Belief.”
– I learned how epigenetics and emotional states can influence our biology.
❤️ Most incredibly, my Multiple Sclerosis lesions have started shrinking after I learned to let go of emotions that didn’t serve me.
For the past 20 years, I’ve been on a journey of understanding how our emotions, beliefs, and past experiences show up in our bodies.
When I saw how powerful this healing was, I couldn’t keep it to myself.
So I started helping others—first as a volunteer, then as a coach.
For five years, I worked with people, helping them release their emotional weight and heal themselves.
And every time I saw someone transform, I knew—I had to do this full-time.
So I did.
Now, as a Life Coach, I help Indian working women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, and drained release their past burdens, embrace themselves fully, and find peace.
Because I’ve been where they are. I’ve felt the weight of emotional and physical pain.
And I’ve learned that healing is possible when we address the mind-body connection.
If you’re ready to let go of what’s holding you back, I’d love to help.
P.S. What’s one belief or emotion you’re ready to release?
