A four-week journey into self-acceptance, blending Louise Hay’s mirror work with Dr.Brené Brown’s insights on imperfection, and Dr.David Hawkin's Letting Go and Map of consciousness concept creating a space for healing, growth, and authenticity.

The objective is to guide you through practical exercises and reflective discussions that help you cultivate self-love, resilience, and inner strength.
